More rain on its way for North Devon

The Met Office is warning of persistent rain which is expected to set in during Thursday in North Devon and last well into Friday for many areas.
Showers are expected to be particularly heavy over the hills exposed to the south and southeast. Some improvement seems likely later on Friday, although there will still be a risk of localised heavy showers. Members of the public should be aware that this may cause some localised issues with flooding.
