This picture is particularly fascinating as the property belonged to my in-laws, the Ridd family, for many, many years, and from where a sawmills and carpentry business was conducted. I used to go to this house every day as a child, going to school just opposite, by the church, to fetch boiling water for the teachers' lunch time cup of tea!
