George is a lively, happy 8
-
'Gorgeous George'
month old German Shepherd puppy. He is
almost blind.
Now in the care of the Devon
GSD Rescue, George has found new hope - his condition is operable but the Charity
is trying to raise extra funds for the expensive treatment and after care that
he will need.
This lovely young dog has touched the
hearts of many people. One such person
is teenage classical singer Tamsin Ball who, with her grandfather Maurice
Heather, are staging an "Eyes for George" concert. The fundraising concert, featuring four acts -
all local artists - will take place at the newly-refurbished Elizabethan,
Braddicks Holiday Centre in Westward Ho! on Saturday April 17th at 8pm.
(See www.bidefordpeople.co.uk for
further details)
George has the nicest nature,
he learns quickly and he is always wagging his tail as he makes new friends.
If you would like to help, please
contact the Devon GSD Rescue at www.devongsdrescue.org.uk and read more about
George, or ring Marion on 01837 89033
