Businesses from North Devon are invited

to attend a free seminar hosted by accountancy firm Simpkins Edwards, at which

they will learn about forthcoming tax changes as well

as efficiencies and savings to be made.

Expert speakers Mary

Jane Campbell, Jean-Paul Quertier and Adrian Hemmings will cover topics including everything you need to

know about upcoming changes to the tax system, tax efficient remuneration for

owner-managers and planning for a profitable and tax efficient exit from a

business.

Simpkins Edwards, which has offices in

Barnstaple and Holsworthy, provides chartered accountancy, tax consultancy and

advice services to small and medium sized businesses and individuals across the

South West. The tax session will be held on Tuesday 15 February between 6.30pm

and 8.00pm at the Barnstaple Hotel in Barnstaple, followed by light

refreshments.

“The seminar is designed to offer

attendees the benefit of our extensive expertise in cutting businesses’ tax

expenditure,” said Partner Jean-Paul Quertier.

 “There will be plenty

of time for questions and answers and we’re hoping it will be an entertaining

and interactive evening. The idea is that attendees will leave the session
