Improve your physical, mental , spiritual and emotional well being with a yoga class in 2012.
Did you know that yoga can be just as intense as a gym work out for those who do not like going to the gym?
But to burn calories you need to go for certain kinds of yoga which include: Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Bikram, or Power Yoga which burn between 350-650 calories a class.
The North Devon Yoga Centre begins its 2012 schedule on 9 January which includes the following beginners classes that progress to an intermediate Vinyasa class:
At The North Devon Yoga Centre, Barnstaple
Thurs 8.00 pm - 9.00 pm
Fremington Parish Hall
Mon 12.30 pm - 1.30 pm
Both classes are with Oona Hawley and cost £5
The intermediate class is on Tuesdays 7.30pm to 9.30 pm at the Barnstaple centre, also with Oona.
