It was the initial call and the way it was dealt with that led this Lady to enter the awareness zone. That is taking more notice and recording matters as time went on. As part of the lost faith in what was to happen next. This is an example of how people are fobbed off and the NHS Direct Quango is used as an excuse not to act immediately.
