Can someone help with this? There have been multiple noise nuisances where I live and apparently the power to deal with them has been taken away from the police by the government? Then who will help? I don't think it's right that we should have to just put up with it and asking nicely doesn't stop it. You're more likely to get a mouthful of abuse. Any advice?
