Young woman seriously assaulted in Braunton

A 29 year-old woman from Braunton was left with a broken nose and a split lip after she was attacked outside a pub in the centre of Braunton in the early hours of Sunday morning.
Police are appealing for witnesses who saw a man punch the woman in the face at around 1.00am on Sunday, December 30, outside the George pub on Exeter Road. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Police on 101, quoting reference CN/12/514.
