Vehicle broken into on Barnstaple estate

Barnstaple police are looking for a teenager responsible for stealing a car wishbone from the seat of a vehicle parked in Concorde Drive, on the Gorwell estate in Barnstaple, earlier this month.

The suspect smashed a window of a blue Ford Fiesta at about 7.40pm on Friday 9 November before running off down the access footpath towards Chichester Close. 

He is described as being 6ft tall and of slim build.  He was wearing a light-coloured 'hoodie' with a motif on the front and was aged in his mid to late 'teens.

The wishbone was for a Ford Fiesta and is unlikely to be of much use to an opportunist thief.
