Self-defence class

AIKIDO
SHUDOKAN Aikido in Barnstaple are to host a free self-defence class for members of the public.
On February 16, beginners can learn skills in the martial art at the club in Castle Street, from 7pm to 8.30pm.
The club will hold its annual Stratton Soke memorial on March 17, commemorating Eddie Stratton, the founder member and the man who introduced yoshinkan aikido to the UK.
In April, seven members aged 7 to 14, will be tested for their first degree junior black belts.
