Free Seminar on Reducing Tax Burdens

Barnstaple businesses are invited to a free seminar hosted by local chartered accountancy firm Simpkins Edwards at which they can learn how to reduce their tax burden.

Expert speakers Mary Jane Campbell and Jean-Paul Quertier will cover subjects such as trading structures for farmers and other owner managed businesses, managing capital allowances from April 2012 and details of the new holiday letting tax rules.

Simpkins Edwards, which provides chartered accountancy, tax consultancy and advisory services to small and medium sized businesses across the South West, is holding the session on Thursday 11 October between 6.30pm and 7.30pm at the Barnstaple Hotel. The seminar will be followed by light refreshments and the opportunity to speak to the team on a one-to-one basis.
